WHAT

In late 2024, TSYS took on a massive undertaking - a multi year initiative called Client Enablement: a self-service ecosystem of cloud-enabled products, with a seamless, highly curated client experience at its core. 

​The goal was to transform how TSYS clients conduct business by replacing a fragmented, resource-heavy model with a single, self-service ecosystem that makes it simple to access, purchase and operate TSYS solutions.

WHY

TSYS was built for large, complex financial institutions: intricate products, long implementation cycles, heavy configuration. As the market shifted toward self-service and faster time to market, more agile competitors were offering simpler, frictionless onboarding. TSYS needed to rethink how clients experienced the product ecosystem: from first contact to go-live.

MY ROLE

I led the UX Design & Strategy across the Landing Page and Marketplace: from vision to live product.

  • Curated client experience with journey mapping and service blueprints across both platforms.

  • Weekly alignment workshops with domain leaders across product, technology and business.

  • Designed from full vision (FVP) through to buildable MVP.

  • Collaborated with UI and development teams to ensure design integrity through to build.

  • Three products successfully onboarded onto live MVP as of Jan 2026.
